Goluboy doesn't arrive on time, which is something he'd never tolerate from Paul; it's clearly a power play to show up forty-five minutes after they were supposed to meet to discuss the miner, Rick Pallett, and his untimely demise. He walks in and loudly slams a bunch of files on Paul's desk.

"Alright, let's get this over with. We need to, what, figure out how much money to give the widow?" He checks his watch. "I'm already running late. What do you need?"
