Does the dossier on people no one would miss have any of the PCs on it that have been targeted like Cato or Logan, or any kids known to have gone missing in town, whether scholarship winners or skids or what have you.

I'm wondering how much would be cross referenced between "people who have gone missing/got nearly disappeared" vs people on their "nobody would miss" list.
