"Not just civilians. I- for me. I need this to be as non-violent as it can get. I can't..." Dan sighs and curls into Bunny's shoulder, wrapping his arm around Bunny's waist, eyes open because to close them is to provide a blank canvas for everything he was lucky enough to not remember for a few months. "I can't see more death right now, and it's always been the one thing I do know. When I don't know nothing else, I know I don't want no one to suffer."

And so he's retreating to that. He didn't know who he was for months, and now he doesn't know if he's okay, but he does know his internal moral compass, and like a sailor who navigates by the north star, he chooses that to set his bearing on. He trusts in that, and he trusts in Bunny.

"I'll do my damnedest." He doesn't let go of Bunny; if Bunny's about to run off to save the day, Dan wants to cling until that separation actually has to happen. "I'll have more social capital with the folks who already remember I'm a delightful little snack of a person. What do you reckon about Oathing these folks?
