"Honestly? I prefer having a gun when things are weird. It's more reliable and requires FAR less concentration."

Sam nods slowly at the question. "I tried. Once. I didn't get very far, though. Again, it seemed like a concentration problem. I was too afraid I'd drop myself. Also, harder to see what's happening when it's you rather than somebody else." A tilt of the head in a half shrug. "Or, at least, that's how it felt to me."
