Dan is, unsurprisingly, a great hugger, warm and tight without being crushing and without lingering too long. Sometimes hugs are an easier way of conveying love and affection than words; sometimes, just thinking of wanting to physically be near and comfort and support someone is easier for him to wrap his head around than the entirety of loving someone.

"Good, I'm glad. I like being good at the things I do." He grins, but there's a sadness to it based on the conversation they've had.
