Who: Branch and Boba
What: Showing him his little room
Where: Random place in the Pole
When: After Boba's run off
Warnings/Notes: N/A for now

[Branch immediately goes looking for Lucky after he runs off, googling "clone" along the way. That requires him to google a few other terms and it leaves him even more confused than before. The idea of a person somehow only having one parent is completely normal so the fact humans find it weird is odd, but being identical is weird by troll standards.]

[And Lucky is from another world than this, even if he looks like the humans here.]

[He really doesn't get it. He doesn't get how it could be possible, nor does he understand why it'd be an upsetting thing.]

[But it upset him and that's all that matters.]

[It doesn't actually take him that long to find him. Ever since Bingle terrified him when he first woke up, he's been especially kind in his very childlike Elf way, and he's sometimes asked the other Elves to also be kind if Branch needed help with something they could actually help with. Some whispered and jingly Elf conversations provide him a lead on where Lucky's gone, due to some of the Elves seeing where he'd run to.]

[So Branch goes to his hiding place. But he finds a place to sit and wait nearby. Either Lucky will come out on his own or he'll at least give him a little time before he goes in and tries to check on him. Clearly, he needs time to to process whatever he's feeling right now.]

Who: Locked to Branch and Boba

[It's not exactly easy for Branch to get around the place to find people and he'd needed time to rest. He'd had to simmer down emotionally and get a more accurate sense of the danger of the place. He'd also needed to give his leg time to fully heal. Fortunately, it did, despite the fact that the poison might have made him lose it if he were back home. The poison was bad enough there's a messy scar, despite the myth healing, but it's otherwise fine.]

[But he does eventually seek out the kid, swinging around until catching him passing through one of the quiet fire-lit studies. He swings himself up onto a side table, where he's easier to see.]

Hey, kid! I want to talk to you for a second.

When: After all of Branch's chaos.
Warnings/Notes: Some blood, eventual cw mentions of cannibalism probably when Branch is hashing it out with Dan and Stacia, I'll put warnings in the subject.

[It's going to plan. And the heightened chaos is making it exactly as distracting and chaotic a situation as he was hoping for. The floor is cleared and there are people leading Elves and yetis to areas they've cleared, but traps can still be heard going off, sometimes randomly. Occasionally there's the angry argleblorgleblorg of a yeti getting chili powder exploding out of an air cannon to their face.]

[In some areas where traps were already set off and cleared, somehow (read: thanks to his 14-year-old secret accomplice) they've been reset, only to go off again.]

[It leaves things nice and unsettled and distracting.]
